Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for external stakeholders to ensure timely product loading and delivery.
 - Manage invoice preparation, verification, and payment processing.
 - Update and maintain operational data in the trading system for reporting purposes.
 - Communicate cargo nominations promptly and ensure timely updates.
 - Collaborate with internal teams (Traders, Shipping, Legal, Finance, etc.) for smooth operations.
 - Oversee daily operations related to contracts, payment security, insurance, and agency appointments.
 - Implement trading operations for spot and term contracts.
 - Ensure efficient trade finance and billing activities.
 - Build strong relationships with counterparties and internal teams.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Shipping, or a related field is preferred.
 - 2-3 years of direct relevant experience in gasoline operations.
 - Ability to handle incomplete information and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.
 - Strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
 - Detail-oriented, with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency.
