Do you possess a keen understanding of refined products and have hands-on experience in physical operations? We are looking for a Trade Analyst specializing in the dynamic world of oil and gas trade. We're looking for a talented individual with a strong grasp of the market and practical knowledge of physical operations in refined products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Validate daily physical crude and product transactions according to company procedures.
  • Verify accuracy of daily market data, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Support end-of-day processes for position and PNL reporting in ETRM systems.
  • Monitor unauthorized trades and mandates/limits adherence.
  • Conduct daily market conformity checks for physical oil transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, promptly addressing audit requests.
  • Manage month-end and quarter-end checks for physical oil activities.
  • Drive automation efforts, collaborate with ICT for system developments, and serve as a key interface with departments and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, business, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade control or a related role within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on refined products.
  • Strong understanding of physical operations related to refined products, including logistics, storage, and transportation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, interpreting trends, and making informed decisions based on market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with trade control systems and software used in the oil and gas trading industry.
