Reporting to: TMS Manager.
Location: Aberdeen (with travel as required).
Overview:
As a TMS Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating training requirements for maritime, offshore and offshore wind clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, client agreements and service level commitments.
Required skill set and experience:
- 1 year’s experience in a training coordination, crewing, or administration role within the maritime, offshore or oil and gas industry preferred
- Sea-going or offshore experience would be advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience arranging course bookings, logistics and documentation management
- Ability to coordinate travel and accommodation for personnel attending training
- Experience maintaining compliance records, certificates and reporting.
Strong customer service skills with experience in a client-facing role. - Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients, providers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with booking or database systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
