Your new role:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial and operational processes throughout the Nordics, Baltics, and Poland. You will develop fresh leads and generate new business all while working closely with Ship Agency Managers, and Key Account Managers, reporting to the Regional VP.
As Territory Manager it will be your responsibility to build and keep team morale at a high being the mentor and leader your team need you to be. As this role is so important to the success of the organization it is vitally important the person in this role is able to organise their time accordingly spending 60% on business development and 40% on operation management.
- You will have excellent people skills, to manage and lead a team as well as for generating new business across the region you are responsible for
- You will have great commercial experience in the industry whether that is in Ship Agency, Chartering, or Broking
- You will have a passion for the industry and knowledge of Owners and Managers throughout the Nordics
