Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the technical management and maintenance of LNG vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.
- Monitor vessel performance and implement corrective actions to address any technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Technical Superintendent to plan and oversee dry-docking and repair activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of vessels to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with crew members and onshore staff to ensure seamless communication and operational support.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for vessel maintenance and repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve vessel performance and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maritime industry, preferably with LNG vessels.
- Strong knowledge of LNG vessel operations, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technical management software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to visit vessels and attend industry events.
