Qualifications that Set Sail:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering and/or Naval Architecture.
  • Sea-worthy experience as a Licensed Engineering Officer or shipyard expertise with shoreside technical roles.
  • Proficiency in the English language and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Adventures:
  • Maritime Academy education.
  • USCG Unlimited Third Engineer's license or greater.
  • Past experience in dry-dock or major repair supervision.

  • Flexibility for travel, including long distances and overnight stays.
  • Physical ability to board vessels using gangways, ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces.
  • Willingness to remain accessible for communication and consultation, even during unconventional hours.
