Key Requirements:
- MEO Class 1 COC, with recent sailing as a Chief Engineer or shore-based experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of bulk carriers and/or container ships.
- Experience with dual-fuel systems would be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders, authorities, and partners.
