Role - Technical Superintendent
Location - Southampton, UK

We are seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team in Southampton, UK. The successful candidate will oversee the technical aspects of our container vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry standards. The role will involve managing maintenance and repair work, monitoring vessel performance, and providing technical support and advice to the crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical aspects of our container vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance and repair plans for assigned vessels.
• Monitor and report on vessel performance, including fuel consumption and machinery condition.
• Provide technical support and advice to the vessel's crew on troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Ensure vessels meet all classification society and flag state requirements.
• Manage dry docking, repairs, and major maintenance work for assigned vessels.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to technical operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
experience as a Chief Engineer
• Knowledge of international regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
