Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing existing accounts and acquiring new customers in the global maritime sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — including New Building (NBI) and Dry Dock (DD) projects.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to tailor solutions aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise, helping customers understand value-added solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships through regular engagement, customer visits, and multilevel account management.
- Utilize CRM tools and data insights to manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure smooth governance and reporting.
- Background in marine engineering or technical sales; experience in chemical or equipment sales is advantageous.
- Proven success in international B2B technical sales, ideally within the maritime industry.
- Knowledge of vessel operations, engine rooms, or ship systems (sailing or engineering experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
