As a Technical Sales Lead you will sit predominantly within the Sales team, but you will also have a strong link into the Development team, with a view to becoming the technical liaison between the two teams. You will deal directly with clients, understand their technical requests/needs and advise them on how we can deliver an existing or if required new solutions.

- Supporting clients with technical requests on company products and API's
- Supporting the sales team with technical expertise
- Specifying and exposure to logical algorithims and software processes
- Technical liaison between Sales and Development teams
- Product demonstrations and presentations
- 3+ years’ experience in a client facing, technical support role
- Experience operating in a B2B, target driven, sales environment
- Strong data interpretation skills with a logical and creative mindset
- Experience working with the development of web applications including APIs
- High level of database normalisation and SQL databases is desirable
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills demonstrated under pressure
- Relevant technical qualification
- Experience ideally in the Maritime or a related industry is strongly preferred
