We’re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our customers Transfer Vessel Services (TVS) team in Greece. This is your opportunity to work on fast-paced, international operations that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor vessels 24/7, ensuring safe passage and precise coordination.
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders, including vessels and offshore teams.
  • Keep operations running smoothly with top-notch admin, compliance, and database support.
  • Problem-solve, escalate issues when needed, and ensure their standards and service levels are met at every step.
What They're Looking For:
  • Maritime experience? Great – but not essential.
  • Sharp admin skills and a cool head under pressure.
  • Strong communicator with confidence on the phone and over email.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (IELTS B1 standard or higher).
The Details:
  • Location: Greece
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience = €22,000 to €25,000 per annum DOE
  • Working arrangement: Hybrid role
