The Position
As a Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for improving simulation capabilities by developing, testing, implementing, and validating simulation methods and physical models. You will be working in the department responsible for performance prediction software, real-time simulation activities, and high-fidelity modelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a Masters in Naval Architecture with extensive experience in simulation tools.
- Expert in Python programming and its technical libraries.
- Experience with other programming languages.
- Experience with Linux, Git, and other simulation software would be advantageous.
- Experience with Matlab Simulink.
- Experienced in physics modelling (aero- and hydrodynamics).
- Experienced in vehicle dynamics and free body motion, preferably for boats or ships.
