You will deliver competency-based training programmes for engineering officers through classroom teaching, Engine Room Simulator (ERS) instruction, and practical workshops. The role also contributes to curriculum development, simulator scenario design, engineering competency frameworks, and regulatory accreditation standards, ensuring programmes align with STCW requirements and best industry practices.
