In this role, you will oversee all electrical production activities across assigned projects, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently to meet project schedules and quality standards. You'll plan manpower and materials, coordinate with project and commercial teams, and drive performance against departmental KPIs. Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the marine industry, ideally within a shipyard or repair environment
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
