In this position, you will take full ownership of electrical and automation system designs, ensuring that all power, control, and communication systems are seamlessly integrated and compliant with industry standards. You'll develop and review system documentation such as single-line diagrams, load analyses, and schematics, while also conducting detailed studies in short circuit, harmonics, and protection coordination. Partnering closely with other disciplines, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges from concept through delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in electrical and automation design within the marine or offshore engineering sector
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Automation, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong understanding of marine power, automation, and navigation systems, as well as IEC/IEE/NEC and Class rules
- Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA, and MS Office, with excellent analytical and communication skills
