Faststream recruitment is representing a Dry Bulk Broking house in Greece who have become so busy they are looking to expand the team further.
Currently have 15 brokers in the Athens office, Also having pop up offices worldwide, they focus on repeat business with many exclusive accounts mostly for grains. They have a small fleet of owned vessels as well as great connections to owners and charterers.
The ideal candidate Would have strong connections with owners, Be motivated and hungry, commission focused.
No threshold, They offer 20% commission from the first sale.
A friendly and co-operative office environment.
Like to treat clients well, Giving further incentives for any owned contacts to come across.
Use a very strong data set-Axes marine.
Can be given accounts from the get-go. Have too much cargo for the amount of brokers to fix currently.
