The responsibilities for the Service Coordinator are as follows:-
- Handling all incoming service requests for service and follow-up services
- Responsible for providing support to Service Engineers on Inspection & Maintenance, Spare Parts & Repair, Refurbishment & Upgrades, Hook Replacement, etc
- Coordinate on the deployment of Service Engineers
- Controlling the cost, quality and schedule of the Service jobs
- Coordinate with the Spares Department on any spares parts required for the Service jobs
- Verification of service report, claims, overtime and overseas allowance
- Generate Service job costing’s based related overtime sheets and expenses and in accordance with Service Agreement as stated in Order Confirmation
- Ensure all cost towards customer are captured and invoiced and closed in a timely manner
