Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of engineering solutions, spare parts, and technical services to shipowners, shipyards, and offshore clients.
- Engage customers to understand technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet project and operational needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring competitive and technically sound offers.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and growth plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally within the marine, offshore, or industrial parts industry.
- Sound understanding of marine systems, valves, instrumentation, or related equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a results-oriented, proactive “hunter” mindset is essential.
