We are seeking a Senior Solutions Sales Engineer to join the Singapore team. This is a dynamic role combining technical knowledge with commercial drive, ideal for someone who thrives on customer engagement, problem-solving, and business development within the marine and offshore markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales of engineering solutions, spare parts, and technical services to shipowners, shipyards, and offshore clients.
  • Engage customers to understand technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet project and operational needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring competitive and technically sound offers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and growth plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally within the marine, offshore, or industrial parts industry.
  • Sound understanding of marine systems, valves, instrumentation, or related equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a results-oriented, proactive “hunter” mindset is essential.
