Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand sales across existing and new customers within the company’s marine and subsea technology portfolio.
- Implement global strategies, sales policies, and marketing initiatives within the Southeast Asia region.
- Participate in and lead bid and tender processes, developing detailed technical and commercial proposals and presenting at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Build and manage regional sales channels, distributors, and partners to maximize market coverage.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Aftermarket Services, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to ensure exceptional customer experience and project delivery.
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture across the Southeast Asia and APAC sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant technical discipline (engineering, marine science, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the marine, subsea, or scientific instrumentation industry.
- Proven track record in technical solution selling, bid management, and customer relationship development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and executive levels.
- Represent world-leading marine technologies used by research, defense, and commercial sectors globally.
