Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand sales across existing and new customers within the company’s marine and subsea technology portfolio.
  • Implement global strategies, sales policies, and marketing initiatives within the Southeast Asia region.
  • Participate in and lead bid and tender processes, developing detailed technical and commercial proposals and presenting at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Build and manage regional sales channels, distributors, and partners to maximize market coverage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Aftermarket Services, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to ensure exceptional customer experience and project delivery.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture across the Southeast Asia and APAC sales teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant technical discipline (engineering, marine science, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the marine, subsea, or scientific instrumentation industry.
  • Proven track record in technical solution selling, bid management, and customer relationship development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and executive levels.
