Faststream has partnered with a dynamic, international company who are market leaders in providing a range of products and services to the maritime industry.

My clients are fast growing yet very well established, and have excellent brand equity in the market. They are forward thinking and on the forefront of bringing in safety solutions.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Team Lead role) to be based in Singapore.

The key responsibilities of this position will be to expand the market share of this organisation in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.

You will be required to conduct market research and, in turn, develop and implement a strong sales strategy for the business. This will involve fostering a good rapport and strong relationships with the primary figures across the industry, helping to grow the portfolio and expand the company's share in the marketplace.

Due to the niche nature of this position, those who have strong sales and management experience in the maritime industry, and who have a strong network across the chartering and ship owner segments will be held in high regard.

To be successful in this position, you should be comfortable managing a sales team and have strong interpersonal skills.
