What is the scope of the role?
Partnering with maritime companies including ship owners/managers, trading, commodities, and commercial management companies you will be providing high-end, permanent recruitment solutions across Denmark and the Scandinavian Region.
You will be partnering with new and existing clients, building your talent network, and providing retained and contingent, permanent recruitment solutions. You will be reporting to Director of Marine and Shipping, working closely with the EMEA team in the UK to leverage existing business relationships and build out the Danish maritime market.
Who are we looking for?
This role would suit a Denmark based, English and Danish speaking business professional with a proven background in recruitment, sales, or business development. You do not need to have a background in Maritime, we have 24 years of experience in this sector so can teach you what you need to know. But you will need to have the confidence, tenacity, and resilience to learn about your market and hit the ground running on business development.
