You’ll manage exclusive, contingent, and sometimes retained roles with leading maritime businesses and build long-term partnerships in one of the most vital and global industries in the world.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering contingent, exclusive, and retained recruitment assignments in the shipping sector
Recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles in technical or commercial disciplines
Managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients globally
Owning the full recruitment cycle: job briefing, search, candidate engagement, interviews, offer management
Positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert — not just another recruiter
What We're Looking for
Full-Cycle/360 recruitment experience, from any industry
A proven track record of placing permanent, professional candidates
Confidence in managing exclusive and senior assignments
Commercial awareness and a consultative, client-first mindset
