We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take the lead in one of our most established teams, focused on mid-to-senior level permanent hiring across the commercial shipping or Marine space. You’ll manage exclusive, contingent, and retained roles with leading maritime businesses and build long-term partnerships in one of the world’s most vital global industries.

You’ll step into a warm, high-potential desk with a strong track record and loyal clients who value partnership over transactions. You’ll also be working alongside some of the industry’s most experienced maritime recruiters, supported by leaders who provide strategic vision, collaboration, and autonomy to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering contingent, exclusive, and retained recruitment assignments in the shipping sector

  • Recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles in technical or commercial disciplines

  • Managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients globally

  • Owning the full recruitment cycle: job briefing, search, candidate engagement, interviews, and offer management

  • Positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert — not just another recruiter

What We’re Looking For

  • Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience from any industry

  • A proven track record of placing permanent, professional candidates

  • Confidence in managing exclusive and senior assignments

  • Commercial awareness and a consultative, client-first mindset

  • Ambition to grow a successful, high-reward desk in a specialist industry

What We Offer

  • Total reward of circa S$110,000 in year one (including base salary, commission & bonuses)
