Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, managing resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Oversee all work aligns with client specifications, ensuring on-site compliance with plans.
- Manage project resources effectively, including staff, materials, and subcontractors.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing issues.
- Implement safety and operational procedures, maintaining high standards.
- Monitor project finances and take proactive steps to control costs.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout.
- Extensive project management experience in new build and fit-out projects, ideally in luxury yachting.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Third-level qualification or equivalent experience in Project Management.
- Proficient in IT skills for project management.
- Ability to plan, organize, and demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
