Our client is responsible for developing new high-speed craft designs. This includes providing naval architecture, engineering and technical management for clients with a focus on high-end military and special forces boats, as well as commercial boats including ferries. The company also has a strong focus on decarbonisation where you will have the opportunity to get involved with electrification projects for vessel operators.
The Position
As Senior Naval Architect you will be supporting with management of the team. This includes a combination of leading projects, supervising more junior members of the team, meeting with customers, preparing proposals and developing new business.
This is an all-round role where you will get the opportunity to focus on the full design process from initial design to sea-trials covering all areas of Naval Architecture.
Essential Criteria
- Degree qualified in Naval Architecture with relevant ship design experience
- Experience with managing a team
