Graduate / Junior Naval Architect – 

We’re supporting a well-respected maritime organisation that designs, builds, and maintains small craft used in demanding real-world conditions. They’re now looking for a Naval Architect to join their growing engineering team — a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and the chance to workon meaningful, high-impact marine projects.

About the Role
You’ll be involved in the design and development of small boats, helping to improve performance, safety, and reliability across a varied fleet. The work ranges from design support and calculations to assisting with design updates, troubleshooting engineering challenges, and working closely with experienced engineers, boatyards, and suppliers. No two days look the same, and you’ll get exposure to many elements of naval architecture, from concept work to real-world vessel modifications.
