The Role:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the delivery of all B2C campaigns for the DACH markets, utilizing your expertise in broadcast, print, digital, and partnership channels. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will leverage audience data and insights to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, driving revenue and building brand awareness.
  
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, track, and evaluate campaigns across all channels, utilising planning and reporting tools.
- Deliver campaign plans and reporting for weekly trading meetings and post-campaign reviews.
- Identify opportunities for market testing and learning across paid channels.
- Manage media and third-party partnerships for the European markets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to deliver distribution strategies across B2B/B2C sectors.
- Support the B2B team with Trade Partner marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, marketing ethics, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or relevant fields.
- Extensive marketing experience at a senior level, preferably within the travel/cruise/hospitality industry.
- Strong experience in media planning and buying within the German market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- German needs to be native language with fluency in English
