​​Are you a results-focused marketer with strong HubSpot skills and experience across B2B and B2C marketing?

Your new role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will be part of a small and collaborative marketing team. You will be responsible for the marketing activities of our two global brands. You will need to deliver a high-class service to our internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan and execute campaigns, produce high-quality content, and optimise HubSpot Marketing Hub activity to drive measurable leads, strong database health and a consistent brand presence.

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across email, web, social and events to generate qualified leads.

  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot Marketing Hub execution: emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation, data hygiene, and workflows/automation.

  • Report to the Marketing Director on HubSpot improvements. Recommend enhancements and best practices, and escalate any configuration, integration or process changes for approval/implementation.

  • Run nurture journeys and support lead management processes.

  • Create high-quality content (web, LinkedIn, email, video, proposals and sales materials).

  • Report on performance: dashboards, insights and practical recommendations.

  • Support events and business development activity with marketing materials and follow-up.

Skills & experience (essential)

  • 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience (professional services/recruitment ideal).

  • Strong hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (campaigns, workflows, segmentation, reporting, hygiene).

  • HubSpot Academy certifications - Inbound Marketing as a minimum

  • Confident copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to tailor tone for different audiences.

  • Solid understanding of SEO and content performance basics (keywords, on-page optimisation, search intent).

  • Comfortable with Canva, PowerPoint and MS tools..

  • Analytical and proactive: you spot what’s not working and fix it.

  • Remote working experience and confidence collaborating across time zones.
