You’ll take charge of end-to-end marine operations, ensuring all vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with international maritime regulations. From overseeing certifications, audits, and inspections to managing voyage execution and fuel efficiency, your leadership will directly influence operational integrity and performance. This role also includes driving emergency preparedness, leading incident investigations, and liaising with authorities, classification societies, and P&I clubs—ensuring that best practices in safety, environmental compliance, and risk management are consistently upheld.

Key Requirements:
- Former Master Mariner with proven shore based managerial experience heading up marine operations and preferably working experience with container ships.
- Strong working knowledge of international regulations.
- Proven leadership in managing inspections and compliance audits.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with cross-regional teams, authorities, and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
