Do you thrive on ambitious sales targets and know how to turn a complex challenge into a clear, achievable plan? Can you broker tailored learning solutions in close collaboration with regional training centers, ensuring that every client gets what they truly need?
Do you bring a strong foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field? Have you led high-performing sales teams and built a track record of success through over a decade of relevant experience, including five or more years working directly with clients to win business?
Do you have experience with immersive training techniques? Can you help clients see how advanced, experience-driven learning can reshape their workforce performance?
And crucially: can you lead an international team and inspire them to move the needle on all performance metrics? Are you someone who brings fresh ideas, energizes a team to innovate, and finds ways to bring new, forward-thinking solutions to clients across the globe?
