Faststream is partnered with a high-growth, well-funded tech company that’s transforming how shipping companies navigate regulatory compliance and decarbonisation. Active across Europe and Asia, their team blends maritime pedigree with SaaS innovation, and they’re already being trusted by some of the biggest names in shipping.

The business is scaling fast, and they’re now looking for a talented commercial professional to drive new business in Greece and the wider East Med region.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a frontline sales and growth role focused on winning new business across the Greek shipping market. You’ll be representing a market-leading digital solution that’s helping maritime stakeholders tackle pressing regulatory and environmental challenges.

You’ll be:
  • Leading outbound sales efforts and driving the full business development cycle across Greece and the East Med
  • Identifying and engaging with shipowners, operators, managers, and charterers affected by EU ETS, FuelEU, and broader decarbonisation demands
  • Setting up qualified meetings, discovery calls, and crafting tailored solution pitches
  • Representing the business at key maritime conferences, webinars, and in-person meetings
  • Working closely with internal teams across Europe to relay insights from the Greek market and help refine the go-to-market strategy
Some travel will be required, both domestically and occasionally to Western Europe.

Ideal candidates will have:
  • Commercial experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in SaaS, maritime tech, or compliance-focused solutions
  • A solid understanding of the Greek shipping market and regulatory topics like EU ETS and FuelEU
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and developing relationships from scratch
  • Empathy, curiosity, and strong communication skills. This is about building trust, not pushing products
