As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of ship operations. You will work closely with ship owners and financial institutions to handle loan agreements, financial transactions, and ensure the smooth financial operation fleets.
Job Description
- Support commercial activities.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets.
- Cash Flow management and forecast.
- Budget analysis.
- Management of the loans.
- Management of payments, Opex, Management fees, and Loan repayments.
- Contractual managements (Time Charter Party, Facility agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement etc).
- Invoicing Correspondence with banks, charterers, shareholders, ship managers, commercial team.
- Secretary matters, resolutions, registrations and maintenance of corporate documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Economics, Law, Account and Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Commercial, management, accounting and financing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in shipping industry preferable but not essential.
