Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical advice and give support to the project team on quality related activities, such as tailoring construction and procurement specifications.
- Review and approve all necessary documents including contractor tender documents, management plans, and inspection and test plans.
- Undertake field inspections on in-process work, alongside formal inspections and sign-offs.
- Monitor sub-contractor performance.
- Deliver reports and summaries of progress.
Requirements for candidate:
- At least 5 years experience in QC role.
- Knowledge on legislation, regulations and codes concerning discipline quality.
The role will be based full-time on-site in Whitby, North Yorkshire and may require extended hours on shift.
Must have right to work in the UK.
