This is a rare opportunity to take full P&L ownership of a sizeable offshore business with a strong footprint in FPSO / FSO operations, alongside a portfolio of complex offshore assets and long-term contracts.
The Role Reporting to Group Executive leadership, the Vice President will be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational oversight of the offshore business unit. The remit spans asset performance, investment strategy, project delivery, and sustainable growth across the offshore oil & gas value chain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and executing the long-term strategy for the offshore business.
- Full accountability for P&L, capital allocation, and investment decisions across high-value offshore assets.
- Oversight of asset operations, project execution, and lifecycle performance.
- Driving operational excellence across safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Leading and developing senior leadership teams across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
- Managing and influencing key external stakeholders, partners, and clients globally.
- Supporting the group’s broader growth and transition agenda while delivering consistent shareholder value.
This role will suit a senior offshore executive with:
- Proven leadership experience in offshore oil & gas, FPSO/FSO, or adjacent offshore segments.
- Demonstrated track record managing large-scale budgets, high-value assets, and complex projects.
- Experience operating at enterprise or business-unit leadership level, with full commercial accountability.
- Strong global exposure and the ability to operate effectively across regions and cultures.
- Credibility with boards, joint-venture partners, and senior external stakeholders.
Direct FPSO experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Executives from broader offshore or oil & gas backgrounds with comparable scale, complexity, and global exposure will be considered.
