Our client is a leader in combating marine growth on structures like ships and wind farms, is currently seeking a Sales Manager (APAC) to join their team. They offer innovative, eco-friendly solutions that reduce the reliance on harmful chemicals and cut maintenance costs.
about the role
- Drive sales growth in the APAC Region, with a focus on the Marine and Industrial sector.
- Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and cultivate strong, enduring relationships.
- Conduct market research regularly to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our industry landscape, providing monthly reports on findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise and develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, online inquiries, and participation in exhibitions.
- Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new leads and opportunities.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with resellers in the sales region to enhance distribution networks.
- Meet monthly sales targets and collaborate effectively with the sales team, providing weekly activity reports.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in Maritime or Industrial sector
- Familiarity with relevant equipment such as heat exchangers and plate coolers
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
