Overall key responsibilities and Tasks:
 
  • Develop and align Marine vertical strategy with General Manager, SEA
  • Meet or exceed total Marine vertical budget by end of fiscal year.
  • Show YOY% growth in spares.
  • Maintain or grow order intake and backlog to that of previous fiscal year.
  • No personal safety accidents.
  • Keep abreast to market and competitor intel to provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure revenue forecast pipeline meets or exceed current year’s budget

  • Possesses an established network of shipowners and ship management companies across Southeast Asia.
  • Technically proficient in automation, electrical systems, and the broader marine industry.
