Overall key responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop and align Marine vertical strategy with General Manager, SEA
- Meet or exceed total Marine vertical budget by end of fiscal year.
- Show YOY% growth in spares.
- Maintain or grow order intake and backlog to that of previous fiscal year.
- No personal safety accidents.
- Keep abreast to market and competitor intel to provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure revenue forecast pipeline meets or exceed current year’s budget
