Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Marine NavComm organization that is looking to rapidly expand its team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability and operating within financial targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, with sales director, and market trends to the management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations, procurement finance, and marketing to ensure that the strategy is aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in working in a sales environment and achieving sales targets.
  • Preferred Experience in the distribution channel, preferably in the marine communications industry, and in Asia markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends in the distribution channel.
