Faststream are currently recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the maritime industry, seeking a Maritime Sales Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of key shipyard accounts across the region. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the maritime market, particularly yard services.

The Opportunity:
This role will suit someone who is confident managing a defined territory of accounts, both existing and targeted, with clear accountability for revenue, margin, and market share growth. It’s not just about hitting numbers; it’s about developing long-term client partnerships, delivering value through tailored services, and representing the brand with credibility and depth.
You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders across service delivery, advisory, and strategic accounts to ensure the client relationship is fully supported and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned shipyard accounts across the region, focusing on client retention, growth, and profitability
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans that align with both client needs and wider business objectives
- Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services
- Support territory analysis and segmentation to focus on high-potential accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a strong customer experience and consistent relationship management
- Collaborate with internal commercial, delivery, and technical teams to deliver a unified approach to client success
- Track performance and maintain accurate data within Salesforce for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the marine or offshore sector
- Commercially astute, with a strong grasp of solution selling and value-based client engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Able to navigate complex sales cycles and develop strategies that align with both client and company priorities
- Confident using Salesforce or similar platforms to manage pipelines and performance
- A solid understanding of the maritime landscape and shipyard operations will be a distinct advantage
