This is a high-impact role combining strategic planning with hands-on sales execution. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, managing key accounts, and representing the company at industry events and exhibitions. The position offers remote flexibility, with international travel required up to 20–40%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global sales efforts across maritime, offshore energy, cruise, and commercial marine markets
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts, and support long-term account growth
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to boost visibility
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide sales strategy and product positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
- 5+ years of proven sales or account management experience in maritime, offshore, or marine engineering
- In-depth knowledge of vessel operations, retrofitting, or lifecycle management
- Strong network within the maritime sector and a track record of securing high-value, complex projects
- Commercially sharp, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident engaging with technical stakeholders and using CRM/sales tools
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
- Degree in Marine, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
