Your challenge:
All things Maritime Navigation. Is your background in Navigation? Whether that's paper or electronic charts. You will be working with smarter navigational data and insights for the global shipping community.  
From creating relationships with global commercial shipping accounts to working with Captains of private Yachts and every type of vessel and customer in between, you will be agile and diverse with the customer always in mind. 

You are a strong Sales Manager with the ability to lead a team of 4 sales professionals across the globe. You can identify & develop sales opportunities & secure new customer accounts globally. 
You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
Are you confident in presenting strategies in weekly meetings & Quarterly group meetings to the board of directors?

About you: 
Located in the UK, Greece, France or Singapore? 
You have the ability to work independently and have a proven track record of leading sales growth with strategies. 
Are you able to lead a team of 4 to 5 full-time employees, working with them to secure company KPI's and ensuring they have a focused direction in their role? 
Do you have knowledge of Marine Navigation? How e-navigation works, interpreting the data and the ability to have constructive conversations with your customers.  
You will need to have a keen interest in the maritime industry with customer service at the forefront.
