As a Sales Engineer you will be the key contact for internal and external customers supporting the VP Regional Sales and Sales Managers with all sales related activities.

- Act as a key contact and single interface for customers, managing all customer calls and creating orders from registered calls.
- Initiate cold calling where appropriate and maintain contact with customers
- Co-ordinate the OEM, quotation process, working with the Sale Support teams as required for additional technical support
- Work with the Regional Commercial Manager for successful negotiation of commercial conditions on service contracts
- Manage customer complaints/issues and own the customer complaint process, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Maintain the customer installation database
- Record customer response times Maintain the Sales database updated with project list
- Higher education: Marine/Robotics & Automation/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering would be preferred
- Willing to travel internationally
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
- Structured, reliable, good in networking and with collaboration skills
