The Role

Faststream are working with a global leading Yacht Manufacturer who are looking to grow, the role is for dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the global sales team. This position will be based in Dubai and reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will shape and execute the international sales strategy, foster high-performing teams, and drive commercial success across key markets. The ideal person is a strategic leader with a passion for performance, a proven ability to inspire, and a relentless focus on delivering results in a competitive luxury environment.
  
Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Team Development - take full ownership of the global sales team, ensuring consistent performance, motivation, and accountability.
  • Create a high-performance culture through structured goal-setting, coaching, and feedback.
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded through strategic leadership and operational execution.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Oversee go-to-market planning, territory management, and customer segmentation.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments to guide data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Performance & KPI Management- define, monitor, and analyze critical KPIs such as sales cycles, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure the team follows up diligently on all leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Deliver regular, insightful reports to the CEO, highlighting successes, challenges, and action plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Representation-  Act as the key interface between sales and internal departments such as marketing, design, production, and finance.
  • Represent the brand at international events, client engagements, and major industry showcases.
  
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management, with 3–5 years leading international teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in high-value, complex sectors.
  • Background in luxury industries such as yachting, private aviation, real estate, or high-end automotive is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or German is a plus.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Proven ability to lead with structure, resilience, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
