Faststream Recruitment has partnered a Marine Engines Maker to identify, engage and attract an experienced Sales Assistant, in Singapore.

Our client specializes in providing industry leading engines for medium and large vessels, power plant and so on.

The key responsibilities of this position will be supporting Sales manager and president.

  • Sales Assistance
  • Phone correspondence
  • Handling purchase order/Invoice/Contract/Shipping documents/Monthly sales report
  • Exhibition and invitation preparation
  • Budget management
  • President’s secretary and Admin role
  • Prepare weekly report/monthly report
  • Support for meeting material preparation
  • Arrangement of hotel for business trip, Visa application
  • Other ad-hoc duty
  
<Requirement>
  • Proficient in English and Japanese, both oral and written to liaise with native Japanese clients
  • Previous working experience in similar role or admin or back-office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Excel/Word/Power point)

    For this role you will need to be self-motivated and a 'go-getter'. You will be a curious individual who likes to ask questions and solve problems. Strong interpersonal skills and being able to thrive in a client facing role is imperative for this position.
