We are looking for a motivated Client Service & Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in the maritime sector. This is a dynamic role that combines relationship management, operational coordination, and service delivery. You will play a key part in supporting our clients, ensuring timely execution of projects, and maintaining smooth communication between vessel managers, onboard engineers, and the office.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate RFQs from clients, including preparing quotations, arranging supplies, and overseeing service delivery.
  • Support overseas jobs by providing timely updates to vessel managers and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Liaise with onboard engineers to gather regular updates and keep internal stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of RFQs by issuing invoices and service reports.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, but fresh graduates who are interested to enter the maritime sales industry welcomed
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
