What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Coordinate RFQs from clients, including preparing quotations, arranging supplies, and overseeing service delivery.
- Support overseas jobs by providing timely updates to vessel managers and ensuring smooth execution.
- Liaise with onboard engineers to gather regular updates and keep internal stakeholders informed.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of RFQs by issuing invoices and service reports.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, but fresh graduates who are interested to enter the maritime sales industry welcomed
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
