Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of customers for service sales across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies for both local and overseas markets.
- Deliver sales presentations and provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety standards.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
- Diploma or higher, preferably in Business or Engineering.
- Sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry preferred.
- Experience in sales of 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Active listening, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
