The main responsibilities will be executing the companies ERM and regulatory compliance strategies across the global business and provide support to the Risk Manager in various risk projects.
Role responsibility:
Risk Register:
- Assist in creating an integrated process for compiling risk registers to identify key risks and mitigation strategies.
- Organize regular reviews and updates of the risk register.
- Keep a close eye on the implementation of key risk mitigations.
- Maintain the Crisis Management Manual with current information.
- Guarantee that relevant crisis response teams are prepared.
- Develop and sustain a system that meets the demands of dynamic external environments, internal structures, and group standards.
- Ensure Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) are current for all global branches and functions.
- Collaborate with businesses to ensure their alignment with BCPs.
- Offer pertinent guidance and training as needed.
- Guarantee full compliance with sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery, and other pertinent regulations.
- Schedule regular training sessions.
- Oversee Know Your Customer/Know Your Partner (KYC/KYP) procedures and conduct risk assessments.
- Degree in relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or a relevant job with a financial or commercial background
- Preferably in marine or relatable industries
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining risk governance structures.
- Proven track record in enhancing and integrating crisis management protocols and business continuity planning within geographically dispersed businesses.
