We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill a pivotal role within the company's Marine business—a role that offers the highest level of people management. This position holds a seat on the Group Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Group CEO. As a member of the ELT, you will play a vital role in defining the overall business strategy while maximizing commercial, operating, and financial performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the region is fully equipped to support business growth and effectively execute the Value Proposition.

Our client seeks visionary leaders with a strong maritime background, particularly in marine safety, ideally based in either the Miami area or Houston. In addition to these requirements, successful candidates must possess the following key qualifications:
  • A proven track record of managing the 'distributor' Profit and Loss (P&L) of a technical product, preferably within the maritime industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a knack for motivating, challenging, and engaging employees to drive exceptional performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective communication and cooperation with peers, subordinates, and superiors.
  • The ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience, integrity, and a collaborative approach that empowers you to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Relevant experience in the marine and/or safety sector.
