Role Overview:
As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key client relationships across the UK region. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' needs, align them with our suite of products and services, and drive cross and upselling initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the marine industry
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for cross and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the marine industry, preferably with a technical product or service
  • Strong understanding of marine operations and familiarity with related regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK region
