The Role As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of maritime transport. You’ll lead the development of new vessel concepts and the upgrade of existing fleets, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and sustainability. Working closely with Business Development and a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll ensure that each project aligns with strategic and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale or multiple smaller concept development projects, focusing on vessel design and upgrades.
- Translate innovative ideas into structured, actionable project plans that are both technically and commercially viable.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, class societies, shipyards, and clients.
- Guide and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure all projects contribute to long-term strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

- MSc in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a similar technical discipline
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
