We are recruiting for a Project Cargo Director to lead our traditional project cargo services in the Atlantic region.
The individual will be responsible for leading and growing the commercial aspects related to the traditional project cargo segment for the Atlantic region. Develop a product strategy, create, and execute a business plan, formulate revenue targets, and build sales pipelines with a focus on growth and expanding the portfolio of clients/cargoes. Take ownership and drive the business development, lead, and mentor the team across the region.
We are looking for a commercially minded individual with a track record of business development, ideally in project cargo such as industrial, oil and gas resupply, mining, and the mobility sector.
Background may be with another carrier or Freight Forwarder, working across boundaries and managing a high-performing team.
The successful person will have excellent relationship-building skills; the ability to identify the value proposition and sell a solution to the client and a visionary mindset for long-term projects.
