Faststream is currently searching for a Port Disbursements Co-Ordinator to join an international shipping company based in London, providing commercial and pool management, operating crude and product tankers.
As a member of the Operations Department, your main goal would be to minimize disbursement costs while achieving zero operational exceptions by calculating, negotiating, analyzing and handling proforma and final disbursements, settling disbursements invoices directly with agents as well as negotiating with agents on any dispute or discrepancy, reviewing charter parties in order to ensure if there are cost item for charterers' accounts, and providing all supporting material to company accounts department for processing.

Relevant experience of around 1 year in a similar department (tanker operations, disbursements), as well as right to work in the UK are required. A maritime related degree would be an advantage but is not essential.
